Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
1 mile at each 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, last mile 6.9 up .1 every tenth of a mile ending at 10.0 for .1.
Blessing: A Husband who also exercises... it would be so much easier to be lazy if he was too.

10 MPH? That's a 6 minute mile! You are pretty fast.

10 mph for 1/10th of a mile... you could do it too. Even people on the biggest loser can do it!
