I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Haven't worked out yet today but plan on it later.

Blessing... Family prayer. Every night when we kneel down our 2 year old places us each where and how he wants us kneeling. It is so comical. He is so good at folding his arms and bowing his head. He totally gets into it. Which makes it a little difficult to keep a straight face.

Hey there! It's been a while. How are things? You sound good. You are looking at your glass half full it looks like. That is my philosphy. I'm injured but I look at it as-At least I have legs:)

Seriously Michelle!! Because there are two women in my ward who use to be Marathon runners, one was in an auto accident and is now in a wheelchair and the other has this condition that makes her fall over like 30 times a day so she has to walk with a walker. She is only 35. She was super fast too. She won the Ogden marathon and she has an olympic qualifing time.

So when I want to complain about my "problems" I remember them.

I was happy for you that you were able to run the Boston. I have been following you just haven't said anything in a while. Sorry!!! I hope you heal fast!
