I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Easy with Renae this morning. It was really fun to chat it up we laughed a lot!

We came up on a policeman just sitting in his car and Renae yelled BOO in his window and made him jump. Really funny! Then he got on his speaker phone and made a few comments as we went along our way.

Okay truth be told... I don't think we really actually scared him I think he was just playing along. Anywho, still really funny!

He said something to the affect of "you can't run fast enough to get away from me." (over his speaker) Really funny!

all the police officers around here are a-holes. they'd probably arrest you or at least issue you a citation! I got to move out there!
