Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Down to the pier and back. My legs just weren't working today. I couldn't get them to move the way I wanted them to.

Ran past a lady who had fallen on her bike. Stopped to help.

There was so much moisture in the air today. It felt almost like running in the rain only it wasn't raining. Very bizarre sensation. It was really foggy again.

Ran past a port a potty truck cleaning out the potty's. Thought I was going to loose my cookies. I kept thinking the air had to get fresh and it took about a half mile past the truck to get any fresh air. Very NASTY!

Blessing: Choc. Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake... I have had them for breakfast 3 times this week and they are so delicious!!!! My kids try to still them from me.

How do you make it???? Sounds good.

At girls camp last year they cleaned out the potties while we were there and it was NASTY!!! That should not been done while any human is hanging around! Poor thing, and I thought running on garbage day was bad!

Way to be a good Samaritan! Sorry about the poo poo. Hope it didn't spoil your delicious protein shake.
