Day 8: Making the cut
Feeling good and sticking with the program. The weekend was a bit different with the diet and having fast sunday but still going strong.
AM: 7 miles with a new friend, Valerie. It was fun. I don't know the pace. I didn't bring my watch. Finally felt recovered today.
PM: Circuit workout. I did not want to do it . It was late. Did it anyway!Yeah for me.
Calories 1600 about 150 more than I should but not much so I am okay with it. |
