Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Day 3: "Making the Cut"

 Today is an off day for weights so just one workout for the day. 5 painfully slow miles. I am not yet recoverd. My muscles are so weak and tired. I had fun chatting with Renae this morning.

Ate a few to many calories today... 1550 not bad but still I need to stick to the 1400.

I also did not stay up on my water intake. I think that is why I was starving all day long.

Recommiting to drinking enough water tomorrow.

I think the low calorie counts add to your weak and tired state.

Cal, I think you are right and to add to the defeciency I did 100 squats on Mon.
