I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Day 12: Making the cut

Early AM workout. I did each circuit just once. I wanted to do them twice but my husband was gone surfing this morning and my children woke up before I could get to the second round. O well, everyday can't be perfect. I am planning on running 8-10 tomorrow so I am hoping that will take care of a few extra calories that I hoped to burn today.

I was going to say it was awesome, but the better description is spiritually uplifting. :)

I kid around so much that it's hard to know when I'm serious, but I did enjoy reading them and thought it was way cool that you did that.

Now I know you're messing with me about the :)

You have to look at it sideways. It's two eyes and a smile. But you knew that!

Thanks Burt! I am going back to that after the 30 days and it nice to know someone appreciated it. Seriously I really did not know :) now that I do it looks so much more like a smile than it did before.

hey - the blessings was a very cool thing do we really have to wait?

From Britta on Fri, Jun 12, 2009 at 19:37:46 from 66.74.236.175

Ryan,

Wow, I am glad to know someone else also appreciated my blessings. I will definatly bring them back maybe b4 the 30 days we will see. I for sure need to count my blessings. I have had a crummy day. I am so frustrated looking for a house in the orange county market. I want my beautiful house in Herriman back. They just don't make them like that here unless you can pay a Million+.

I like all of the above, the blessings and the update on your training. I did really like your blessings though. My kids and I have been trying to list 3 blessings each day and it really helps get your day off on the right foot I think!! You're a sweetie. keep up all of the good work Britta!

Hi Britta! I thought of you while in California!!! I just checked your last few blogs, you are on a mission and working hard, I need some of your dedication, I have to take drastic measures if I want to do Park City in 10 weeks and St. George in 18, I feel like I let myself go to pot. Your blogs are inspiring, keep up the good work!!! It is working if your clothes are fitting better, the scale will show your progress soon! Keep it up cutie!!!
