I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Day 10: Making the cut

6 along the riverbed. Beautiful morning. Tuff running today I was so tired. Good news is only one workout today. It is my day off for weights. Still going strong!

I have Making the Cut and do some of the workouts occasionally but have definetly not done the entire program. You are going to be ripped!!! :)

Don't cut out too many calories. I seriously think it is insane that you would think you need to lose weight at all. You always look gorgeous!

Teena, You sure know how to make a girl feel good. I am really doing it as an experiment to see if I could loose more weight or if my body is most comfortable at the weight I have been at for the last 10 years. So far my conclusion is that I am at my ideal weight. I am anxious to see if I can get ripped. I will let you know!
