Day 1: Jillian Michaels "Making the Cut"
AM: Workout Day 1 from her book. Finished each circuit once. It felt good. I got a little light head after doing Burpies. Drank a full bottle of water through out workout.
Wish me luck with following the diet today. Why is that always so much more difficult than exercising?

45 min. of running Lots of stairs. Right after dinner, not a good idea
Calories 1400 super clean no processed food.
