Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Again, were not all easy but too lazy to break it up.

15 min warm up easy, and 10 min cool down

20 min tempo

TM Incline 1.5 worked up to 2 min at 8.3

Felt really good!

I still need to get into a pulmonologist (sp?) My lungs are a bit tight.

Blessing: Freedom.... feeling especially grateful for freedom of religion. We truly are blessed to live in the USA. Thank you to the Veterans and to all those who defend our country.

I never knew your man was a banker.. mine is too. Jonathan is with JP Morgan Chase. Who is your husband with?

My lungs.. I have asthma,it is my own fault they are not doing well. I get lazy and don't take my meds. I get feeling really good and think I don't need them any more and then I am off them and realize the reason I felt good was because of the meds. So silly!!!

Seriously, you are so inspiring. I really want to do a sub 3. Have you always trained with someone else.. how much training do you do on your own?
