Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
2 With my Daughter on her bike. I want to say it was a mistake but she really loved it so it was worth it. She didn't last as long as I thought she would though. We live in a very hilly community so as soon as we had to go up a hill she was done. Dropped her off and 5 alone.
