Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

It was really cold and windy this morning. We ran well anyway. That is always a bonus.

Averaged 8:36. Last mile coming home was an 8:08.

30 min. tempo run today. It was chilly this morning. I felt good and did not need my inhaler.

 

My baby broke his leg by simply falling off the couch. He is in a cast from toes to hip. The doctor said he would not be able to walk, but I knew my little guy would figure it out some how. The cast has not slowed him down at all. (Yeah for me, my life would have been miserable if he couldn't get around) We call him "little pirate". He sounds and looks like he has a peg leg!!!!

It was a nice run this morning. I felt super slow but I guess that is okay.

I love my running partner and our "girl talk".  It is so nice to get up and have "therapy" and exercise all in one. It makes me a better mom and wife. Thanks Alisa!!!!!
