Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I did a Jillian Micheals circiut workout 30 min. I also ran 3.5 miles at a 7:55.  I love to exercise!!!!!

Those were some speedy miles, too. Were you on the treadmill? I just can not run that fast, really! It takes me so long to warm up.
