Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Awesome!!!! Awesome!!!! We ran so well today. We even ran a negative split. First 10..1:32 last 10...1:24. I think our average was 8:51. I felt so good today and pushed the last mile for an 8:06. I felt really positive. I kept thinking to myself "okay prepare for the last 2 miles to hurt" and then I chased that thought away with "you feel great and the last two miles are NOT going to hurt." I am trying so hard to always be postive. I know how much of a difference it truly makes. Today was one of those days that I could have kept on going. In training for 4 marathons I have never had a 20 feel that good!!! Yeah!!!!!

welcome to the blog. I came across your blog today by accident, but had to read your entry after seeing the mileage you put on. Way to go! That's amazing. I'm a new runner, and I think you are one of my new heros!

Wow, what a great run! That has to be a confidence booster for your race. I am sure you will get your Boston time. I am trying for it as well in November. Good luck!
