Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran with BBK today. I was so looking forward to chatting with Kelli but then really coudn't talk much. My asthma was acting up. I had fun listening to her talk I am just sorry I wasn't more entertaining for her. We also ran with Nancy. It was nice to get to know you a little more Nancy.

I did take my meds last night. It just takes a few days to get it in my system for it to really make a difference.

Britta,

I am shocked that you can run that fast when your asthma flares up. You are amazing. Let me know if you want the name and number of my asthma/allergy doc. He is AWESOME!!

Nice run. I really wish I would have came this morning, I missed you and Kelli. The gym was ultra boring this morning.

Have a great day. Hope you are voting!!

You did fine. That is still a fast run for me. They all log them as slow miles, crazy!!! And you were plenty entertaining! Take your meds every day! And we have a great pulmonologist who has pretty much cured Scott, too.

Teena,

I really wish you had come this morning too. Then Kelli would have had someone to talk to!!! Are you coming Thurs.

I voted on my way home from running! Yea me!

Kelli,

I am looking forward to having everyone come to our digs on Thurs. (I actually don't really know it I used the word digs correctly, so if I said something really embarrising...O well)
