Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran with the BBK. It was fun to talk to Julie and Jody. It was more cold than I was anticipating. I didn't dress well. So I warmed up just in time to climb back in my car after the run. O well, maybe I burned more calories with the shivering.

Not sure what the pace was. My Garmin did not pick a signal until about 1/2 mile into it.

I think it was around 8:25-8:30.

Oh my! I cut a huge chunk out of my thumb nail while shaving. Who does that? It was right in the middle of my thumb. I couldn't have done that even if I was trying. I feel a little imparied today. Who new tying shoes or zipping up your pants could be so hard.

How funny Britta, I did the exact same thing yesterday. Smack dab in the middle of my left thumb.

It kills Right?! Can you tie your shoes a little better today?

From Michelle N. on Tue, Oct 28, 2008 at 11:08:09

Yeah, I wore a band-aid yesterday but decided to let it dry out last night and it feels a ton better today. Maybe it has something to do with our hair color:)

OUCH!

It was great to run with you today! I never know how to dress, during this time of year 45 can be warm and 45 can be cold.

See you thursday!

It is for sure the hair! I wish I could say mine is this way because I get it dyed, but I don't, so I am a true blonde through and through.

From Michelle N. on Tue, Oct 28, 2008 at 13:14:45

I hear ya. I do high light mine but the blondness comes out in my actions often:)

From Kelli on Tue, Oct 28, 2008 at 13:34:48

Two blondes in the same room...not good. I said this to someone so forgive me if it is a repeat, but my 15 year old dyes her hair RED. My husband says it is false advertising because she is about as blonde as you can get! She has a 4 and a half inch scar on her shin from a shaving incident. Ask me about it Thursday, it is funny. I am too lazy to type it out and my fingers are numb and not functioning well!

Great run today. you guys were quick, it about killed me to keep you guys in sight! But the cold/sinus stuff is clearing up, so hopefully Thursday I can actually show up for the run!
