Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran with Alisa today. Only the 2nd time since SGM. It was fun to see her. We ran past a deer today on the side of the road. I felt so bad for it. It seemed okay but couldn't get up and move, it's legs must be broken. I called Animal Control and left a message. I am hoping they were already out rescuing the deer. It was on a pretty busy road in Herriman so hopeful someone else called it in before me.

It is my son's 7th birthday party today. I have 15, 7 year olds coming. Good thing I got my therapy run in this morning.

GREAT RUN TODAY!!! You run FAST all of the time!!

I am glad that you called last night and decided to run with your friend! I am miserable today, so it made it easier for me to decide not to go! But, I just want you to know that if I I knew you were coming, I would have gotten up! I would not have left you I the dark and cold by yourself.

Have a fun B-day party and a great weekend!

Nice run! You are so sweet, calling help for Bambi. Hopefully some one was able to help the deer.

15 - 7 year olds. I must learn patience from you.
