I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

You don't need to be competitive when you're naturally speedy...

Good job on your run!

Sorry about your asthma Britta. Seriously, how you run that pace when it acts up is beyond me!! You are amazing. I agree with Cal!

Britta, you are awesome. I'm agreeing with Cal and Teena. Running with asthma and still speedy! WOW!
