Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

PANIC!!!!! No I am not going to panic!!

My husband and my 4 year old are sick! They both threw up late last night so I headed down to sleep in the guest room to get away from them. When I came up this morning and discovered my daughter threw up 5 more times and my husband 3 more. I felt so bad, I had abandoned them.

I was thinking that it was just food poisoning with their symptoms until I went to get my baby out of bed and he had thrown up in the middle of the night as well. I felt so bad that nobody heard him puke or new he was even sick.

The baby seems fine today and has even been eating. My husband and daughter are keeping liquids down so that is encouraging.

I am washing my hands and praying a ton.

I can't get sick! I won't get sick!!!

Evening...Ran 2.5 miles. Ran 3x400 in the mix. Averaged 8:20.

Why do things like this seem to happen the week of a big race?

Good luck and stay healthy!

Check into a hotel!! :) Of course I'm kidding (kind of). Isn't there some stuff you can buy when you think you might be getting sick, like Airbourne, or something?? Lots of vitamin C and zinc for sure!! I'd also spray everything down with a disinfectant. When do you leave for SG??

Stay HEALTHY!!!

Same thing has been happening to my family don't stress you will be fine. Remember you are a runner your immune system is tough.
