Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
My hip has been bugging me for the last couple of days. As soon as I started running today it really was uncomfortable. So I didn't go too far. I may take a few days off.
I will have to see how it feels after Sun. I may be on my rode bike this week.
Sorry you hurt, I hope you feel better quick. I think I am taking the week off from running, too. The pain is unbearable!!! I may try on Thanksgiving, and for sure Saturday, but that is it!
