I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

When I woke up I saw the rain and thought Oh no!! Then I remembered I ran SGM in the rain and new I was way tuff and this morning would be no big deal.

Nice run Miss Britta!!

How did your asthma do in the rain? How is it doing overall?

What are you planning to do for your long run this weekend?? We still have lots of conversations to finish. :)

My asthma was okay this morning and it is doing okay now. I think I need to go see someone new.

I am planning on running 10-12 on Sat. How about you?

Do you want to get together and run?

Great job getting out there in the rain. Sometimes its fun to run in the rain, or snow. It keeps things interesting!! Good job today!
