Another Jillian Micheals workout. Hated it but loved it!!!! Know what I mean? I even finished it. I think it makes a difference when you don't run before. Plus, last workout she had me do 200 squats. I am walking like a duck. I can't wait to see what her workouts will do to my backside.
I am not too happy that I started posting my weight because it was horrible today!!!!
Why is it ladies you can eat great and gain weight? Men you would never understand!!!!
