Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
1 WU 3, 2, 1 with half mile recovery between each 1 CD
Idea was to start each with MP and drop to HMP for the last mile of each
Splits 7:23, 7:08, 6:58, 7:13, 7:02, 7:00
Felt pretty good. I like this work out.
