Splits 9:12, 9:24, 9:06, 8:35, 8:22, 8:11
Last 3 miles I told myself to run comfortably but push just a touch. I was surprised at my last 3 miles they felt pretty easy and I am super happy with the paces. I feel like muscle memory is starting to kick back in.
