8 Total Marathons Short-Term Running Goals: Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster! Long-Term Running Goals: Run 3:15 marathon. Personal: I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

My hips and pubic bone were a bit tender after. Maybe it was too big of a jump too soon.

Ana and I have been running tues and thurs evenings. It has been working out really great. Plus is helps my husbnad to appreciate me more as he is alone with our 4 children. :)
2 mi. were uphill. We ran the whole way!!!

4 TM miles. Jumped on did 3 went and picked up kids from school. Had 15 min. before piano and I did one more.
When I went to pick up my kids from school yesterday I was talking to a teacher I didn't know she looked at all of my kids and asked if I was the babysitter. HA Ha ha ha ha!
I have been eating super good for 2 weeks counting calories and all. I have only lost 3 lbs. So annoying!!!!!! |

1 mi. just to warm up.
45 min. total body weights. I have been doing one legged squats. Wowza those kill but I sure love that I can feel it in my glutes. I hope that means they are shrinking.
My 3 yr old "worked out" along side me. We had fun dancing and making silly faces in between sets. |

Fed little miss at 9 PM and put her to bed then headed to the garage for a workout.
Ran 1 warm up mile.
Weights 40 min. I am able to go further down in my one legged squats. They are my favorite!!
1 nice slow mile to finish things off.
Then went inside to stretch. |
