Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I feel like I am going to lose my mind if this baby doesn't come TODAY!!! I can't do it anymore.

Went to the Dr. I am still at a 2 and 70% like I have been for my last two appts. This pregnancy is not at all following the same pattern as my other 3. By this point all of my other children would have been born. I am trying to just be patient and realize my body knows when it is time. I don't want to force anything but I sure hope she comes SOON!!!

If anyone has any secrets that truly work I would love to hear them.

39 weeks.

My Insurance/Dr. will not induce until I am 41 weeks. Please pray for me that I don't have to wait 2 more weeks.

I am no longer pregnant!!! Our baby was born last Sunday on the 14th. It was a bit of a scary delivery which I will write details later but all turned out well and we are doing great. Dad and the other kids are at church and it is so nice to have some piece and quiet. These moments are going to be few for the next several years.

Her name is Emmie Britta Holmes and she was 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 20 in.

Physically I feel really good just tired and emotional. Overall I really do feel great. I am looking forward to being active again but, I am going to give myself atleast 4 weeks if not 6. This is probably the perfect time of year to not rush back into exercise.

1st postpartum workout. My baby is a 2 weeks and 1 day. I probably should wait atleast a week longer but I just wanted to move a little I need the endorphins for my mood. I took it really easy.
