Ran with Ana, Jackie and Amy. Ana had to be home at 6 so we did 7 with her dropped her off at home and finished the rest. I got a new Jillian workout called..... "Killer Buns and Thighs". Between doing that video this week and my tempo run on Tues night today my legs were sooooo tired!
Walking up my stairs when I got home just about killed me. I got to the top and sat down for a rest. :)
