2.5 splits 7:28, 7:20, (.5) 3:33
1.5 splits 7:11, (.5) 3:33
We walked each half mile recovery. Probably should have jogged them but we enjoyed the rest and the chatting.
I really need to get my diet under control for SGM. When I am running this much it is hard to not eat stuff that is just easy to grab. Need to remind myself an apple or greek yogurt is just as easy to grab as a a handful of crackers. |
