Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran 20 this morning so that I could sleep in this weekend for my BDAY!!!!

Tried to run the last 5 at marathon pace.  Did really well for 3.5 but gave up the last 1.5. In my defense it was all up hill.... but still I am not happy that I gave in. Next 20 I am going to do the same route and conquer it instead of giving in.

AP: 8:52

Last 5 splits 7:55, 8:19, 7:52, 8:38, 9:12

Blessing: My 9 yr old!!! He looks so cute with his hat turned backwards and I really like when he break dances!!!! So CUTE!!!

Awesome BDay tempo run this morning!!!

Needed AP to be 7:53. I paid attention to my watch for the first 3 miles of tempo to make sure pace was right on and then the last 3 miles I went more by feel and pushed a bit harder. I was nervous for today's run but it was actually pretty easy!!!:) SO HAPPY!

tempo splits 7:51, 7:57, 7:44, 7:47, 7:36, 7:20

Blessing:  Spending my Bday with good freinds and family...and going shopping!!!!!
