Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

PM workout with my husband. It wasn't pretty but I did it. I had to get off the treadmill like 3 times for potty breaks.  It took me forever to warm up and every time I tried to run I would start cramping. Still better than nothing I guess.

Walked 1.5 and ran the 1.6

Also did weights.

Felt really good afterwards.

I really really really tried to run. I would make it about 30 seconds and then I would start contracting. I am SAD!!! I don't want to be done with running during my pregnancy yet.
