8 Total Marathons Short-Term Running Goals: Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster! Long-Term Running Goals: Run 3:15 marathon. Personal: I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

| With Jackie. We are trying to make sure we stay under 8 min pace. With out Courtney anymore we have to think about it. Courtney is fast so we were always just trying to keep up with her. She moved to Utah:( :(

| Started with Ana at 5:30. Ran 5 then met up with Jackie.
Didn't feel great felt like puking 5 of the 8 miles. I cut it short. Was going to run 10 but turned for home early.
