I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Are you just loving your treadmill or what?

Hope all is going well with the hip.

Yeah---you got a treadmill!!!! It is still a mess out here, I was hoping it would all be melted when we got back. BUMMER!

From britta on Wed, Dec 31, 2008 at 00:32:50

My hip has felt pretty good the last two times I have run on it. My pain has been about a 2 to start with and by the end just tight. I am still going to keep it under 7 miles at a time for the next two weeks and then see where I am at.

I am loving my Treadmill. It has a connection for an MP3 or ipod so that has been really fun.

Kelli we are so glad you are alive.
