I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I ran a really fun race today in a team of 4. It was myself, my husband, my friend Renae and my husbands friend Jim.

Their were barriers we had to jump over, tires we ran through, mud we crawled in, rivers we waded through, sand we crawled through and a mud pit to roll in to finish it off. It was AWESOME!!!! We had so much fun.

This year was this particular races first year running. There were some kinks that come along with the first year of a race mainly the belated start time due to the 5k runners were not done yet.

All in all super fun and I will be washing dirt and rocks out of my hair for the next few days.

I wore an old pair of running shoes and just through them away afterwards.

Hey, I just wanted to drop a line and let you know when the BBK's ran Suncrest there was a ward gathering for youth camp and I went in to get some water from the kitchen and ran into your SIL and Brother or maybe other way around. She remembered you ran with some crazy people that met at the crack of dawn in SJ. I sent a little hello your way. I know I've only met you a couple times, but I was happy to have a fun reminder of you that morning! Take care.

Too Girly!!! Ha ha! I am laughing because when I worked at a restaurant and I use to carry out the big garbages to the dumpsters the men use to be so shocked and they thought the same thing! My mom taught me to be a tough girly girl!!!! :)
