Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Last leg for the Ragnar.

5:47 AM Run...5.5 miles AP 8:48

This is the leg I am the most proud of. During the first mile 5 people passed me but my intent was to take the first mile slow and then see what happened. Along came a great big steep hill and the 4 men and 1 women that past me in the first mile I breezed past. Never to see them again after that. :) I am so proud of my splits too.

9:51, 8:41, 9:07 (big hill mile), 8:12, 8:28, 4:19 (last half mile 8:04 pace)

I am so excited that 5 months post giving birth I was able to AP under 9. It gives me encouragment to think that at SGM I might be able to get ready to run a 3:30. I would really love to run 3:30!!!

Awesome Britta! Glad you had a fun time. Hearing frogs croak would be new for me. And I hope there were no guys in the van while you were pumping. LOL!

All girl team... thank goodness. I already felt a bit weird and all of the girls are my great friends.

P.S am I still beating you for year mileage?:)
